Terms of Use
The rules for using Growmium, the current A$49 NFC review-card product and the business dashboard.
Effective 16 September 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Use apply when you access growmium.co, create or use a Growmium account, use a Growmium review link or dashboard, or purchase or receive a Growmium product or setup service.
Growmium is operated from Victoria, Australia. References to “Growmium”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the person or entity operating the Growmium business. Before paid transactions commence, the operator's legal trading details will be provided on invoices, receipts or other business records as required by law.
If you use Growmium for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business or organisation. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into these terms.
2. What Growmium currently provides
Growmium's current review product provides a business-specific NFC review card encoded with a Growmium link, redirects customers who tap that card to a Google review destination nominated for the business, and records successful review-link opens for display in the business dashboard.
A recorded tap means the Growmium link was opened. It does not mean a Google review was submitted, published, accepted by Google, or given any particular star rating.
Growmium may add optional products such as reputation, loyalty, referral or re-engagement features in the future. New paid products or subscriptions will not be added to your account without your agreement.
3. Current standard pricing
The current standard Growmium Review Card package is A$49 once. It includes one standard physical NFC review card, initial setup of one Growmium review link and access to the current tap-activity dashboard. There is no recurring subscription fee for the current standard review-card product.
Custom quantities, replacement cards, delivery or shipping outside an agreed handover, custom design work, or future optional services may be priced separately. Any additional charge will be disclosed and agreed before it is incurred.
Growmium may change pricing for future purchases. A later price change does not retrospectively change a price already agreed for a completed purchase.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password secure and restricting access to your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Business dashboard access is linked to the businesses assigned to your account. You must not attempt to access another business's data, bypass security controls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, or use automated methods in a way that creates unreasonable load or false tap data.
5. Google reviews and acceptable review collection
Growmium is a tool for making it easier for genuine customers to reach a business's Google review page. You remain responsible for how you ask customers for reviews and for complying with Google's policies and applicable law.
You must not use Growmium to buy or fabricate reviews, offer discounts, payments, free goods or other incentives in exchange for a review, pressure customers to leave a particular rating or wording, discourage negative reviews, selectively ask only customers likely to leave positive reviews, use employees or affiliated persons to manipulate ratings, or target competitors with false or harmful review activity.
Growmium is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Google. Google may change its products, policies, review moderation or URLs at any time.
6. No guarantee of reviews or business results
Growmium does not guarantee that any customer will leave a review, that a submitted review will be published or remain published, that your rating will increase, or that Growmium will improve search ranking, revenue, customer retention or any other business result.
Analytics are intended to show Growmium NFC review-card taps that successfully opened the review link. They are not a measurement of completed Google reviews and should not be represented as such.
7. Physical cards and third-party dependencies
NFC functionality depends on compatible devices, internet access, the physical condition and placement of the card, browser behaviour, and third-party services. You should keep cards reasonably protected from damage and test them after setup or relocation.
Growmium relies on third-party infrastructure and services including hosting, authentication and Google services. Temporary outages, third-party policy changes or platform changes may affect availability. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.
8. Destination changes and business details
You are responsible for ensuring the business name and Google review destination you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use them. If the destination changes, you should tell Growmium so the review link can be updated without replacing the NFC card.
You give Growmium permission to use the business name, review destination and other setup details you provide solely as reasonably necessary to configure, operate and support the service.
9. Consumer guarantees, faults and refunds
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, goods must meet applicable consumer guarantees and services must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for an agreed purpose where the law requires, and be supplied within a reasonable time where no time is agreed.
If a Growmium product or service fails to meet a non-excludable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation depending on the circumstances and the law. Unless we separately agree to a change-of-mind policy, a change of mind alone does not create an additional refund right after custom setup or delivery. This does not affect statutory rights.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growmium is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party platform decisions, Google review moderation, a customer's decision not to review, misuse of the service, inaccurate information supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control.
Any limitation in these terms is subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
11. Intellectual property
Growmium owns or licenses the Growmium website, software, branding, designs and other service materials, excluding content and trademarks owned by third parties. These terms do not transfer ownership of Growmium intellectual property to you.
You may use the Growmium service and supplied card for your own business purposes in accordance with these terms. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit the software or branding except with written permission or where the law permits.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law, respond to a serious breach of these terms or protect Growmium, customers or third parties. Where practical and appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Ending dashboard access does not remove rights or obligations that arose before termination, including statutory rights relating to products or services already supplied.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Growmium handles personal information and review-card tap data.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops or legal requirements change. Material changes will apply prospectively and will not remove rights that have already accrued. The current terms and effective date will be published on this page.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to any mandatory law that applies regardless of this clause. Courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, without limiting any statutory forum or remedy available to you.
